Terms of Service
These terms cover the use of this website and the general terms of our services. The specific commercial terms of any engagement — scope, price, term and deliverables — are set out in the signed agreement for that engagement, and where that agreement differs from this page, the signed agreement governs.
What we do
TWO-TONE builds and operates AI front-desk systems for local service businesses: an AI receptionist that answers inbound calls, books appointments into a calendar, sends confirmations, and follows up. Availability of any particular feature depends on the package purchased.
This website
The content here is for information. Figures, sample dashboards and example conversations shown on this site are illustrative — they are not client results and are not a promise of any particular outcome.
What we do and do not guarantee
What we guarantee: your Voice AI is answering calls within 14 calendar days of the date we receive your completed intake form — or your first month is free. That is a delivery guarantee, and it is the only guarantee we make.
What we do not guarantee: any number of leads, appointments, customers or dollars. Results depend on your market, your call volume, your pricing and your own follow-through, none of which we control.
SMS features depend on carrier approval of an A2P 10DLC registration, which is outside our control and typically takes from three business days to four weeks. Voice service is not affected by that wait.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and complete the intake we need to build the system.
- Hold and be able to evidence the consents required to contact your own customers by phone or text.
- Use the system lawfully, including compliance with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM and applicable state law.
- Keep your account credentials secure.
We will not send messages on your behalf to contacts you cannot evidence consent for.
Fees
Setup fees and monthly fees are as stated in your signed agreement. Monthly fees are billed in advance. Usage beyond the allowance included in your package may be invoiced separately, and we will tell you before that happens.
Term and cancellation
Engagements run for an initial term stated in your agreement, then continue month to month. After the initial term either party may end the agreement on 30 days' written notice, with no cancellation fee.
Your data and your number
Your customer data is yours. Your phone number is yours — we do not hold it hostage, and we will co-operate with a port-out request. On termination we will provide an export of your contacts and assist with transferring the number.
Intellectual property
The templates, snapshots, prompts, workflows and configurations we build remain our property and may be reused across clients. What is yours is your business data, your brand assets, your customer list and your phone number.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.
The system depends on third-party platforms and telecommunications carriers. We are not liable for outages, delivery failures or policy changes originating with those providers, though we will work in good faith to resolve them.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be communicated directly, and your signed agreement continues to govern that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
